Empower Skills has tied up with top Registered Training Organisations (RTO) to provide you with a platform to access Nationally Recognised Qualifications.
Empower Skill’s simple and ergonomic online e-learning portal is a great way to complete a selection of units you may wish to complete.
The greatest advantage of this system is that it is accessible anytime, anywhere. By this, you can complete your assessments at a time or duration of your convenience.
We have ensured that the assessments that we provide you are structured in a logical manner.
Once you complete the assessments, they are reviewed by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The RTO shall issue a statement of attainment for unit/units successfully completed, or the Qualification upon successful completion of the course.
ASSESSMENTS
Depending on the level of complexity of the unit, the assessments that are provided could be a combination of short answers, multiple choice questions, case studies, scenarios, reports or projects.
Once you have submitted your answers for the unit, the assessors from the RTO shall review them. If you are deemed Competent in the unit, you could move on to the next unit in the qualification. If there are areas that the assessor feels are lacking, you would be deemed Not Yet Competent. You shall receive in depth and detailed feedback from the assessor about where you have gone wrong or need to improve
COMPLETE SUPPORT
We have a full time Learning Coordinator (LC) at hand to guide in case of procedural difficulty. Upon enrolment, you shall receive a welcome email from the LC along with their contact details. You could always get in touch with them during office hours.
